How do I install your products?
Our samples are standard .wav files. After unzipping your download, browse and preview them in Finder (macOS), File Explorer (Windows), or your DAWβs audio file browser / previewer, then drag them into your project.
Serum 2 β .serumpack files
If the pack includes a .serumpack file, open Serum 2 in your DAW, then either drag the file onto the Serum 2 window or use Menu β Import Preset Packβ¦ and select it. Find the sounds in Serumβs preset browser afterward. If they donβt appear, use Menu β Rescan Folders on Disk.
Serum 2 β raw folders & individual .SerumPreset files
If the pack ships as folders or individual .SerumPreset files instead:
- Unzip the download.
- In Serum 2, go to Menu β Open Serum 2 Presets Folder (this opens the correct location on macOS and Windows).
- Copy the entire preset folder into the Presets β User folder β keep the folder structure intact.
- In Serum 2, choose Menu β Rescan Folders on Disk (or restart Serum) so the presets show under User.
Typical paths (prefer the menu command above so Serum opens the right folder for you):
