To request a refund, contact us through our contact page within 3 days of purchase. Include your order number and briefly explain the issue — we’ll review your request promptly.

Please note:

• Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases or software incompatibility.

• Once a refund is issued, you must delete and stop using any refunded files.

• The 3-day refund window starts from the purchase date, not the download date.

• Only one refund per customer every 6 months is allowed.

• Refunds for Ableton or Serum products will only be issued if we listed compatibility incorrectly on the product page.

• For bundles, we may offer store credit or a partial refund equal to one pack’s value.
